Once again, Equity Methods has earned recognition from Arizona Top Workplaces, AZ Central’s annual employer recognition program. Honorees are selected based on employee feedback collected by Energage, the program’s research partner.
Employees gave Equity Methods high marks across a range of criteria. More than 90% agreed with the following statements:
- My senior consultant/manager helps me learn and grow
- Senior managers/directors understand what is really happening at Equity Methods
- At Equity Methods, we do things efficiently and well
- Equity Methods encourages different points of view
These ratings from Equity Methods employees were significantly higher than the consulting industry average.
“Interesting work and good compensation,” one anonymous employee commented. Another said, “Best idea wins, regardless of who came up with it.” “People respect each other and the work that they do, which makes staying here appealing,” noted a third.
To be considered for an award, at least 35% of an organization’s employees must respond to the Top Workplaces survey. This year, 153 organizations earned recognition out of 5,366 that were invited to participate.
